Due to the benefits of physical workouts, many people have started looking for new and easy exercises, and they just follow everything that becomes viral in the social media. Well, it is the time to ditch some fitness trends, guys.

There are many good fitness trends, which can benefit your health. Physical workouts are also beneficial for many types of arthritis. However, you need to ditch some of the fitness trends this 2017 because they are not accurate, and they are not beneficial for your health. Here are some of the fitness trends to ditch in 2017.

1. Vilification of carb diet

Don’t worry about high carb diet, and enjoy the meal! This is what many people are saying. But, is it what you’re supposed to be doing? You should be doing it only if you ignore about your health. The study shows that the foods containing high-glycemic index can significantly increase the risk of lung cancer. So, please do check the facts before following the trends.

2. Hot Yoga

Many advertisements are seen everywhere about yoga classes and benefits of yoga. While there are some benefits of yoga, but not all types of yoga are beneficial.
