When studying, create an outline to help you remember the material you are studying. By putting the material in related sections, you have a greater chance of being able to recall it at a later date. Your outline need not be especially lengthy, but items should be grouped in an organized or meaningful manner.
You should rest each hour for about 5-15 minutes during study or work sessions, so your brain has time to relax. Your brain will be able to retain new information more easily after a break.
