A great stress reliever is exercise. You do not have to do strenuous exercises; walking or jogging is sufficient. Your body will create endorphins when you exercise that will help your body relax. These endorphins help to give you a calming effect on the body. Also, exercise can rid your body of harmful toxins that may be causing your stress.
Keep stress under control by taking time to do something enjoyable daily. Spend time listening to your favorite playlist, flipping through a magazine or going for a leisurely stroll. Often times people use the excuse of being too short on time to take a few minutes for themselves, but doing that will just keep you spinning in the cycle of stress.

One way to combat this negative self talk is to find another word to describe what you’re feeling.
It can be easy to let stress get the best of you, so it is important to not let your problems consume you. Give stress the boot by taking control of your life.
