Eight hours is the ideal amount of sleep that you should get each night to hold signs of aging at bay. Getting enough sleep allows your body to recharge itself and helps you look your best. The average person requires roughly 8 hours of sleep, but everybody is different, and some may require more or less.
As your skin ages you should begin to apply concealer in a new way. Put on your foundation, then add a concealer with moisturizing properties that is a little lighter than the foundation. Putting on the concealer after the foundation will allow for easier corrections as you’ll be more likely to spot any imperfections. To create a smooth and flawless finish use a makeup brush to blend the concealer.
Consume the right kinds of foods. Your diet should include lots of fruits and vegetables but limited amounts of fats and sugars. A well-balanced, healthy diet improves the body as well as the mind. Your health depends on the fuels you put in your tank, so give your body high-test fuel.

If you wish to stay wrinkle free, avoid frowning. You may not realize just how much frowning can make you look older. When you notice you are frowning, force yourself to stop. In time, you will stop this habit.
