Exercise can have a good way to change the chemicals in your brain. Anxiety is triggered by low levels of serotonin but exercise combats that. Whether you walk the dog, go to the gym, whatever it is, any exercise can stimulate serotonin and dopamine production in the brain. This will decrease anxiety and depression.

Have someone that you can rely on to talk to about your problems. A support system can do wonders for resolving your anxiety.Talking about anxiety you feel every day.

Make a habit of staying present in the moment or focusing on today. A big problem that is common to those who suffer from anxiety is putting too much thought on past issues or future problems. Reduce anxiety by focusing on what you’re currently doing and do not consider anything else.

Schedule the time when you are going to worry about what worries you. Rigidly tell yourself as the day goes by that you cannot focus on these things before the allotted time. Set aside an hour to focus on these thoughts. When you have come to the end of this time, do not let yourself focus on these issues. This can help you to take control over your anxiety.
