TIP! Consider making a home made mask to use on your skin. Grind raw almonds with olive oil and milk until a paste is formed.

Use a makeup sponge to apply your sunscreen. This will ensure an even spread to the lotion and keep you from having to touch the lotion. Dab the sunscreen onto your skin with a sponge to help it get into the skin and ensure it all gets in.

Pomegranate pills, available at your local health store, will help to fight back against the sun. Pomegranate pills make the skin more resilient to the sun. Since this is a fruit extract, you don’t have to worry about unpleasant side effects. It simply helps to improve your skin.

After a visit to the gym, make sure to shower so as to eliminate sweat. Simply wiping off with a towel won’t get rid of the bacteria. When showering, only use warm, never too hot or too cold, water.

TIP! After you work out, make sure to wash your body to get rid of any sweat that has accumulated. Your skin can get irritated and your pores can clog up if you just wipe off with a towel and don’t wash with soap to remove the bacteria.
