It is important to wash the sweat off your skin in the shower after each workout at the gym. Your skin can get irritated and your pores can clog up if you just wipe off with a towel and don’t wash with soap to remove the bacteria. It will also help to use water that’s warm.

TIP! After you go to the gym, remember to take a shower to eliminate sweat. Just wiping won’t rid your skin of pore clogging bacteria.
