Cope with panic attacks by regulating your breathing. Getting your breathing under control can reduce the severity of the attack and reduce its duration. By taking deep breaths, as if you are breathing into your stomach, you will be able to regain control.

A child with severe issues related to stress requires attention. Something dramatic could be going on in their life, and the panic attacks could be coming from them not feeling as though they can express what is bothering them. Speak with your kid honestly and openly.
