A good night’s sleep is vital if you want to reduce anxiety. Not getting enough sleep can cause physical as well as mental issues and that can increase anxiety levels. Experts strongly recommend that adults get 7-8 hours each night of good quality sleep.

Listen to the advice your doctor gives you, and give him feedback throughout your course of treatment. You must take responsibility for your own treatment even if you rely on a doctor to give you advice. Your physician cannot stay with you around the clock and is going to rely on your proper input to adjust treatments.
