Laugh as much as possible. Laughter keeps you looking younger and feeling younger. Listen to jokes, read funny books, and peruse the comedy section when you pick out movies. No matter where you are, who you are with, or what you are doing, it is important to laugh as much as possible.

Be sure that you are getting enough sleep for your age. Sleeping seven or nine hours can both relax you and help you retain a healthy hormonal balance. Not getting enough sleep can often result in irritability and can generally put you in a bad mood.
