If you follow a pattern, you should be less likely to forget your medication. In addition, if you take your medicine after you wake up in the morning, you will feel better when you are at work and doing other daily tasks.
Create a constructive social life you can be proud of. In your social interactions, work to make them more positive by extending warmth toward others. Likewise, you want to express interest in what others have to say and what they enjoy doing. Tell family and friends to pay no attention when you are behaving in a negative, depressed manner. Ask your family to reinforce your positive behaviors with love and attention.
