How to Make Turmeric Tomato Soup Recipe
1 minced onion
1 can of diced tomatoes
¾ cup of cherry tomatoes (cut in halves)
½ cup of low-sodium vegetable stock
2 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of dried basil
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
½ teaspoon of sea salt
How to prepare:
Fry the onion and garlic in coconut oil for 1 minute. Use medium heat.
Add turmeric and cherry tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
Add stock, ACV, basil and canned tomatoes. Cook at medium heat until it boils. Cover it throughout.
Blend it using a blender or a hand mixer to make it creamy.
Season it with pepper and salt.
